2. Data we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, suite of interest, preferred dates, message and any other information you choose to provide. Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical data such as IP address, browser, device, access date and security logs.
With your consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may process online identifiers and information about how you use the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing a possible reservation: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract.
- Managing stays, payments, invoicing and statutory records: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- Website security and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in protecting our services and guests.
- Analytics and campaign measurement: your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting and email providers, including Hostinger, and by professional advisers or public authorities when required by law. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel receive data only after the relevant consent is given. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised by data protection law.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not result in a reservation are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Reservation, invoicing and transaction records are kept for the periods required by Portuguese law. Technical security logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and incident investigation. Cookie preferences are retained for six months.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. No online service is completely risk-free, so please avoid including sensitive information in the enquiry form unless it is strictly necessary.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and other third-party services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices when you choose to use them.
